A student wanted a dessert that pairs well with the deep flavor of dark roasted coffee,

sweet and nutty but lighter and smoother than traditional tiramisu, almost like cream atop coffee.

This special tiramisu was created as a collaboration between the startup course full-time instructor and the baking full-time instructor!
